*This position requires working out of the Compass office located at 700 110th Ave NE twice a month.*
The Transaction Coordinator role involves collaborating within our team to manage all compliance and administrative aspects of the listings, transaction, and commission process. Daily interaction with Agents is a key part of this crucial operational role.
The support our Transaction Coordinators provide allows our Agents to focus on building client relationships and developing their businesses. Our team provides comprehensive support and acts as the central point of contact for all relevant stakeholders, ensuring a smooth closing process. From document preparation and deadline tracking to regular updates for all parties to a transaction and submitting deals for payout, your goal is to facilitate the process for Agents and clients at every stage.
You will also collaborate closely with local lenders, attorneys, and title companies, utilizing your extensive experience and strong industry contacts for each contract you process.
