Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
CPA or MBA preferred
Experience
6–10 years of progressive accounting experience
Experience in large, multi-location or service-based organizations (preferred)
Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or cash-intensive businesses is a plus
Management or supervisory experience required
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls (SOX)
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented environments
Excellent leadership and team development capabilities
Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Work Environment
Fast-paced, operationally driven environment supporting critical financial infrastructure
Frequent interaction with cross-functional teams including operations, treasury, and corporate finance
Hybrid or office-based, depending on location
