The CEO of a respected, founder-driven developer and builder in the South Bay needs a right hand. We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant who does far more than keep a schedule: someone who figures out how the CEO thinks, stays two steps ahead, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You will join a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team at its downtown San Jose headquarters. The work is varied, the pace is quick, and direction will not always come neatly packaged. If you like building order out of moving pieces and take pride in being the person leadership relies on, this is a seat worth talking about.
This is a full-time, in-office role in San Jose, CA.
