Director of Nursing

As Director of Nursing, you will play a central leadership role in guiding nursing operations and helping ensure excellent clinical care across the facility. This role is well suited to a nursing leader who values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, and who can work closely with clinical partners to support quality outcomes for residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all nursing department operations and clinical care standards.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility nursing regulations.
• Manage nurse staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance development.
• Coordinate resident care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Track quality outcomes and drive continuous improvement across nursing services.

Requirements

• Required Qualifications
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current RN license.
• Experience working with physicians, interdisciplinary care teams, and in family or resident care discussions.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Availability for on-call duties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in nursing leadership within skilled nursing care.
• 2 years of experience as an RN leading nursing staff in a formal people-management capacity.
• Proficiency with clinical documentation systems such as PointClickCare.
