Preschool Director / Center Leadership

Cedars Preschool is a GROWING education company and part of the O2B Early Education family of brands. As our Cedars Preschool locations across metro Atlanta continue to grow, we're building a pipeline of passionate early childhood leaders for future openings. We're accepting applications from experienced Preschool Directors, as well as emerging leaders who are ready to take the next step. We're also exploring a Director-in-Training program for candidates who want to grow into a director role with hands-on mentorship.

The ideal candidate loves working in a positive environment, enjoys coaching others, and is excited about opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and parent meetings
• Recruit, hire, and schedule staff to maintain proper staffing
• Uphold all Georgia licensing (DECAL) requirements
• Lead staff training, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Grow and maintain center enrollment
• Partner with regional leadership and attend corporate director trainings and meetings
• Have fun!

Requirements

• CDA, TCC or Equivalent
• Active Georgia Directors Credential
• CPR/First Aid
• Experience working with children 0-13 years-old
• Management experience
