Parallel Works builds and operates ACTIVATE, a control plane for high performance computing and AI. Our customers run large scientific and AI workloads across their own on-premises clusters, Government and commercial cloud, and commercial GPU providers, and ACTIVATE gives them one way into all of it. The high security boundary is authorized at Impact Level 5, with FIPS validated cryptography and STIG hardening throughout.

The work reaches most fields that depend on computing at scale: weather and climate forecasting, defense and intelligence programs, aerospace and structural analysis, molecular and materials science, energy, and AI research. A quarter here can include standing up a GPU cluster for one of those communities, federating a laboratory's existing on-premises system with burst capacity it did not have before, and getting a domain code written decades ago to run on current hardware.

Customer success sets our priorities. We are a small engineering company, so our team works directly with the people using the systems and focuses on understanding what a customer is trying to accomplish and why the computing matters to it.

About the role

Parallel Works is hiring a Growth Marketer to help expand awareness of ACTIVATE and turn that awareness into measurable demand. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who can take a marketing initiative from idea through execution, whether that means launching a campaign, developing content, supporting an event, improving our digital presence, or building materials that help the sales team engage prospective customers.

Our market spans AI, high performance computing, cloud infrastructure, research institutions, Federal laboratories, government agencies, and commercial organizations. The audience is technical, and the problems we solve can be complex, so this role requires someone who can understand the technology and translate it into clear, compelling messaging for different audiences.

There is significant room to build in this role. You will work closely with sales, leadership, engineering, partners, and external vendors to determine where marketing can have the greatest impact and then execute against those opportunities.

Requirements

What you will do

• Build demand: create campaigns that grow awareness, generate leads, and support pipeline across AI, HPC, cloud, and public sector markets.
• Create content: develop website copy, social posts, emails, blogs, presentations, case studies, and other marketing materials.
• Run campaigns: execute digital, social, email, and account-based marketing programs and track what is working.
• Enable sales: build the messaging, decks, one-pagers, and other materials the sales team needs to engage prospects.
• Market with partners: develop co-marketing campaigns and programs with cloud providers, technology partners, and channel partners.
• Support events: help plan and promote conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer events, including post-event follow-up.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology or a related industry.
• Experience executing digital, content, email, social, or demand generation campaigns.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to turn technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
• Experience creating marketing content and sales enablement materials.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and taking initiatives from idea through execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing cloud, HPC, AI, infrastructure, or enterprise software.
• Account-based marketing or demand generation experience.
• Experience working with technology or channel partners on joint marketing.
• Federal or public sector marketing experience.
• Experience at an early-stage or small company where you have worked across multiple areas of marketing.
