We are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals to join our foundry team in an entry-level Shake Out / Pour Off role. This position plays a key part in our metal casting operations, working hands-on with molds, molten aluminum, and specialized equipment to produce high-quality castings.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent. (Required)
6- 12 months of previous foundry experience for new employees. (Preferred)
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions and documentation.
Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Safety equipment includes safety glasses, steel-toe boots, hard hat, gloves, and hearing protection. Fire-retardant clothing provided.
