Account Executive (English-speaking)

About the Role

This is a founding Account Executive position at a seed-stage AI communications SaaS company, sitting at the center of its US go-to-market effort. You will build early demand, close the first US customers, and establish a repeatable sales motion alongside the founding team. This role is critical to proving product-market fit in North America and laying the foundation for international scale.

What You'll Do

• Drive the initial US launch by building localized landing pages, messaging, and basic tracking with marketing support.
• Run discovery calls, demos, and close early deals to win the first US customers.
• Turn early learnings into a repeatable sales playbook for the US market.
• Identify partner channels, pitch potential partners, and enable co-selling programs.
• Own customer success for initial accounts: onboard, support, and capture feedback to sharpen product and positioning.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering to execute quickly and iterate.
• Scale the role over 6 to 12 months to become the main US owner and potentially build and lead a local team.

What We're Looking For

• Native English speaker with demonstrated commercial experience in the US market.
• Background as a founder, operator, or strong practitioner in sales, business development, partnerships, or growth at a high-growth SaaS startup.
• Proven experience building and running early-stage GTM motions, including discovery, demos, deal closing, and establishing repeatable sales processes.
• Experience building and activating partner channels and co-selling programs.
• Comfortable owning customer onboarding and success in early-stage environments.
• Hands-on experience creating localized landing pages, messaging, and demand generation tracking.
• Strong strategic planning ability paired with a bias for tactical execution.
• Self-starter mindset with an ownership mentality and clear communication style.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and basic sales analytics.
• Experience selling AI or SaaS solutions to SMBs, and domain knowledge in AI-powered communications, is a plus.
• Willingness to be based in Vienna, Austria for an initial 3 to 6 month onboarding period, with relocation or remote setup possible afterward.
