About the Role

This is a zero-to-one commercial role at an early-stage healthtech AI company building reimbursement automation for interventional specialties. You will own the entire go-to-market motion for medical device OEMs, working directly with the founding team to define the ideal customer profile, close the first enterprise accounts, and shape product-market fit.

What You'll Do

• Source OEM leads and open relationships across market access and reimbursement teams.
• Run discovery sessions to map OEM workflows and identify where the platform fits.
• Develop a clear ideal customer profile and build a repeatable sales playbook from scratch.
• Own OEM accounts from first call through signed contract and ongoing relationship.
• Attend key industry conferences and build community partnerships to expand reach.
• Research opportunities across procurement, market access intelligence, and reimbursement infrastructure.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate OEM needs into product and commercialization priorities.

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 7 years of experience working within or alongside medical device companies.
• Direct exposure to reimbursement, market access, or health economics and outcomes research.
• Strong understanding of the OEM ecosystem, including decision-making cycles, budgeting, and how reimbursement risk affects commercial outcomes.
• Experience in endovascular, cardiovascular, or interventional radiology specialties is strongly preferred.
• Cross-functional exposure across market access, reimbursement, supply chain, or R&D.
• Familiarity with the US healthcare system, including payer and coverage dynamics.
• Comfortable actively incorporating AI tools into day-to-day workflows.
• Willing to travel to conferences and meet customers in person as needed.
