Media Buyer (DTC)

About the Role

This is a hands-on paid social media buying role within a rapidly growing agency team, focused on delivering profitable growth for direct-to-consumer brands. You'll own campaign performance end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels, managing six to seven figures in monthly ad spend across a portfolio of premium clients.

What You'll Do

• Launch, manage, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels.
• Hit ROAS targets, lower CPAs, and drive month-over-month profitable growth for each client account.
• Build and execute systematic testing roadmaps covering creative angles, audiences, placements, and offers.
• Analyze performance data daily and make smart optimization decisions including budget shifts, creative swaps, and bid adjustments.
• Manage campaign budgets ranging from $50K to $500K+ per month per client.
• Collaborate with the creative team to provide feedback on what is working and guide what to test next.
• Present clear performance updates and strategic recommendations directly to clients.
• Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and paid social industry trends.

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on media buying experience, with an agency background strongly preferred.
• Proven track record managing $500K+ in monthly ad spend and hitting aggressive performance targets.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong experience working with DTC or eCommerce clients on performance-driven campaigns.
• Solid grasp of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and the metrics that drive real business results.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while staying organized and proactive.
• Collaborative communicator who can give actionable creative feedback to designers, editors, and strategists.
• Bonus: experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Snapchat Ads, UGC, influencer campaigns, or performance creative testing frameworks.
