The Global AML Operations (GAO) organization is a central control function responsible for governing, facilitating, and overseeing the end-to-end Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program across Global Banking (GB) and Global Markets (GM). The Life Cycle Management (LCM) organization supports effective AML risk management through ongoing monitoring, enhanced due diligence, client risk assessments, screening, and adherence to global regulatory requirements.
The Enhanced Client Due Diligence (ECDD) team is responsible for conducting enhanced reviews of high-risk clients, products, and activities. The team partners with AML Operations, Compliance, Client Teams, KYC, and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate risk identification, documentation, escalation, and mitigation while maintaining adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and Bank policies.
The LCM ECDD Senior Operations Consultant is responsible for performing enhanced due diligence activities for high-risk clients, products, entities, and transactions. This role supports the execution of the Bank's AML program by conducting comprehensive client reviews, collecting and analyzing due diligence documentation, assessing inherent and residual risks, and ensuring regulatory and policy adherence.
The Senior Analyst serves as a liaison between AML Operations, Client Teams, Compliance, KYC, and business partners to facilitate the timely completion of due diligence requirements, issue resolution, and risk mitigation activities. The role requires strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
