Supervisor, Social Worker - Self Determination Program
Starting Salary Range: $75,518 - $90,621
GGRC is looking to hire a Supervisor Social Worker for our Self Determination Program to provide training, advocacy, service arrangements and carry out administrative functions in relation to the participants of the self-determination program. To monitor Self Determination Program (SDP) and report progress per the Self-Determination Program guidelines. To provide support and internal consultation on SDP to the ongoing social work unit on an as needed basis.
To collaborate with and support GGRC’s Self Determination Local Advisory Committee, as well as GGRC’s fiscal and resource development units.
This position will be based out of our office in San Rafael in a hybrid schedule. Local travel within the Counties of San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin counties will be required. Very occasional statewide travel to sites throughout California. Access to reliable transportation permitting travel to and between many different locations throughout the day in order to perform the outlined responsibilities of the position.
