This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Shift Lead for our Lunar Production – Manufacturing Operations & Assembly team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing aerospace component production processes while guiding high-performing teams in achieving operational excellence. You will provide day-to-day leadership on the production floor, ensuring safe execution, exceptional quality, schedule attainment, and a culture of continuous improvement, all while developing and mentoring a high-performing technical workforce.
