About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Operations Associate within WIM Operations. The Fees, Commissions, & Specialty Assets team plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence, risk management, and quality assurance activities that help ensure accurate and timely compensation for Financial Advisors. In this role, you will collaborate with internal business partners, external annuity carriers, mutual fund companies, and fund administrators to research and resolve commission-related inquiries.
You will leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes, mitigate risk, and drive timely resolution of operational issues. This position offers board exposure to investment products, advisor compensation processes, and cross-functional partnerships while maintaining a strong focus on controls, accuracy, client service, and continuous improvement.
