The State Street Investment Management (SSIM) Chief Operating Officer (COO) is seeking a Global Head of Business Operations (GHBO) to serve as a strategic partner and advisor and lead the integrated management of the Office of the COO. Reporting directly to the COO, the GHBO will coordinate business management, strategic execution, Finance Technology and organizational transformation across the global COO organization.
The GHBO will provide enterprise-wide leadership across business management, portfolio and program governance, financial planning, vendor and third-party oversight, market data, Finance Technology, communications and the Office of the COO. The role will establish the operating cadence, governance, management information and cross-functional coordination needed to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
