Automated Material Handling System ( AMHS ) Equipment Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
Micron is seeking highly motivated AMHS Equipment Technicians to support the operation and maintenance of automated robotics systems within a cleanroom environment. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring equipment performance, performing error recovery, and conducting repairs. You’ll collaborate closely with equipment engineers and tool vendors to ensure optimal tool functionality.
Technicians will also review tool performance data, schedule and implement preventative maintenance, and apply mechanical, electronic, and software fixing skills to address equipment issues.
