Are you an experienced Patient Access leader looking to take the next step in your healthcare leadership career?
R1 partners with leading hospitals and health systems across the country to improve the patient experience while driving operational excellence in revenue cycle operations. We're seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to lead registration and patient access teams within a fast-paced hospital environment.
In this role, you will oversee daily Patient Access operations, support Emergency Department registration activities, coach and develop team members, monitor performance metrics, and partner closely with hospital leadership to ensure an exceptional patient experience from the moment patients enter the facility.
