PMO Administrator

We work with some of the UK’s biggest companies and government departments to provide a pragmatic approach to technology, delivering bespoke software solutions and expert advice.

In this role you will be working within the Business Operations team, supporting day-to-day PMO administration across revenue and people forecasting, management information, reporting packs, governance meetings, action tracking

, supplier risk management and operational coordination.

You will gain exposure to the core operations of a busy software consultancy, regularly liaising with finance, commercial, staffing and senior management.

• Key tasks include:: Preparation of PMO reporting packs
• Tracking forecast movements
• Coordination of weekly and monthly PMO meetings
• Review of data modelling to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Administrative support for supplier risk management governance, including coordinating reviews, maintaining records and tracking agreed actions

• Confidence working with financial, forecasting, or resource information
• Ability to maintain trackers, produce routine reports, and coordinate governance activities
• Ability to work across teams, manage recurring and ad hoc priorities and follow through on actions
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Administrative, coordinator, project support or business operations experience
• Desirable skills:: Experience supporting a PMO, professional services, commercial operations or resource-planning function
• Experience with revenue forecasting and management information
• Familiarity with Professional Services Automation Tools (such as K antata
• SX)
• , Salesforce, Microsoft 365 or workflow and task-management tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record keeping
• Experience supporting governance meetings and reporting cycles
