Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is conducting an exclusive search on behalf of an established California law firm representing employees, seeking Outside Litigation Counsel to handle employment and business litigation matters.

This is an ideal arrangement for a solo practitioner seeking the autonomy and security of one client.
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters involving employment and business disputes
- Provide legal counseling and research
- Support the firm's litigation strategy across a range of matters
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in employment and commercial defense litigation
- Established solo practice or ability to operate independently
