LV Petroleum is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced QSR Development Administrative Assistant to support our growing development team. This is a 100% in-office position and is ideal for someone who understands the QSR development and construction process and already has established relationships with QSR brand partners.
The right candidate will be comfortable managing a high volume of active projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, tracking deadlines and updates, and keeping leadership informed on the status of 85+ development projects at any given time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the QSR Development team with day-to-day administrative and project coordination needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information across the entire development pipeline.
- Track 85+ active QSR development and construction projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate project updates with internal teams, QSR brand partners, landlords, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
