MSP Team Lead

SWK Technologies is seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee our Support Services team. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and customer service excellence to ensure an outstanding support experience for our clients.

You will lead a team of IT professionals, manage client communications, drive process improvements, foster a positive team culture, and uphold best practices in customer support.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365
• Strong knowledge of Azure, InTune, EntraID
• Experience with ticketing systems, specifically Halo PSA
• Experience troubleshooting printers and related hardware
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership and IT support experience
