The Real Deal is seeking a highly skilled Video Producer / Shooter / Editor to join Brand Studio and help create premium branded video content for digital, social and custom content campaigns.
This is a hands-on production and post-production role for someone with strong technical filmmaking skills and a sophisticated eye for editing. Working alongside the Director of Brand Studio, this person will help translate creative concepts into polished, visually compelling video—from production through final delivery.
The Director of Brand Studio will typically serve as the creative lead and director on set. The Video Producer / Shooter / Editor will be a key creative partner responsible for executing that vision through cinematography, production expertise and especially post-production.
We’re looking for someone who understands that great post-production goes beyond assembling footage: performance, pacing, sound, music, B-roll, graphics and visual rhythm all work together to elevate the final story.
