Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse), Home Health
Exciting opportunity to be apart of a new BAYADA office opening in Fort Wayne, IN.
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Manager in our Fort Wayne, IN Home Health office. This Medicare-certified intermittent skilled care office has proudly served the community for the past two years, providing short-term nursing, rehabilitative, therapeutic, and supportive home health services to adults and seniors through personalized one-hour in-home visits.
This leadership role is ideal for a motivated
Registered Nurse who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and patient safety.
Responsibilities for a Clinical RN Manager:
- Lead, inspire and motivate clinical staff to provide outstanding patient care
- Conduct clinical assessments and supervisory visits throughout Fort Wayne and the surrounding areas
- Develop individuated care plans and oversee implementation of services
- Supervise and support RNs, PT's, OT's SLP's and other field staff
