Physical Therapist Assistant – Senior Living Communities (Home Health Visits)
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Triad Senior Living team in a part‑time, per‑visit role. This position focuses on providing one‑on‑one home health therapy services to older adults living in senior living communities throughout Forsyth County, North Carolina.
As a home health PTA, you will play a key role in helping residents maintain mobility, independence, and overall physical well‑being. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver individualized treatment programs, therapeutic exercises, functional training, and resident education within the comfort and familiarity of their senior living environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high‑quality therapeutic interventions as delegated by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Support residents in achieving or maintaining optimal physical function
- Conduct treatments, tests, and education tailored to the needs of older adults
