About the job
Google’s in-house team is looking for an Associate Corporate Counsel for its liquidity and financial markets division. This ecosystem encompasses four functional domains such as: Trading and Investments, Enterprise Risk and Strategy, Capital Structure and Global Operations.
In this role, you will take lead advisory ownership within a dedicated focus area—while actively contributing flexible secondary coverage for debt and equity deals. You will work alongside division directors, fiscal stakeholders, and external law firms on prominent multi-jurisdictional matters.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $217000 - $314000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
