Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Recruiter to manage searches for printing industry positions nationwide. You’ll source and screen candidates, present qualified people to clients, and guide both sides through interviews and offers.
This role is a fit for someone who enjoys proactive outreach, independence, and building expertise in a specialized industry.
Compensation
Recruiters can choose between two compensation options:
$400 per week for the first 90 days plus 25% commission on each placement, or 50% commission on each placement. We’ll explain both options in detail during the interview.
You’ll work remotely with the flexibility to manage your workflow and direct access to a small, collaborative team. We provide training and insight into print technologies and industry hiring needs, giving you the opportunity to build expertise and long-term relationships in a focused recruiting niche.
