CMT is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Technical Program Manager to independently lead broad cross-organization efforts from the early stages through release. You will be responsible for coordinating the release activity and assembly for all CMT product lines. Our products are central to our mission, supporting safer drivers and safer roads by integrating seamlessly with a wide range of applications and services.
Your leadership will ensure the timely and efficient delivery of our technology to partners and customers, impacting and enhancing safety on a global scale.
You will be responsible for influencing organization roadmap priorities, system owners, team composition, and technical direction. You will represent difficult trade-off decisions and debates clearly to senior leaders to help them understand options. You will be able to identify when a solution requires additional technical guidance or unlocks powerful capabilities. You will manage cross-functional and cross-organization communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed, and needs are aligned.
