As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact, setting a professional tone for all visitors while ensuring our office environment remains seamless for our team of physicists and engineers. This role works closely with our Executive Assistant to provide critical administrative support as we scale our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and partners at the front lobby while ensuring all visitors are checked in according to security and confidentiality protocols.
