In Manitowoc we heavily support automotive customers with flexible sound barrier and non-carpet flooring sheet. Our sound barrier product also is used in building and construction and energy markets for sound control applications. Manitowoc also produces black color concentrate pellets which are used in our customers process to color their end products.
The Operations Manager will lead and manage assigned shift or production area operations to deliver safety, quality, output, cost, and delivery results. Provide hands-on leadership to a team of direct-report technicians and operators. Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, equipment reliability, strong safety culture, training readiness, and disciplined execution of production plans.
