Mid Backend Software Engineer (#20921-22-3) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native backend services and distributed systems on AWS.
- Build scalable, high-performance, and resilient applications using Java and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot.
- Develop and integrate APIs using GraphQL with Netflix DGS.
- Work with MongoDB Atlas and Aurora MySQL to develop reliable and efficient data solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality backend solutions and contribute to technical decisions.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in backend-focused software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
- Experience with MongoDB Atlas as a NoSQL database.
- Experience with Aurora MySQL on AWS as a relational database.
- Hands-on experience building cloud-native distributed systems on AWS.
- Strong experience with the Spring Boot framework.
- Experience developing APIs using GraphQL, preferably with Netflix DGS.
- Experience building and operating large-scale, high-performance, and resilient systems on a major cloud platform.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience developing event-driven systems using Apache Kafka and/or Amazon SQS.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience building microservices.
- Experience developing APIs using gRPC and REST.
