We're building one of India's most interesting marketing teams in the mobility space, and we need someone who can own a portfolio of channels the way a brand manager owns a category: with commercial instinct, cross-functional pull, and a genuine drive to grow.
This isn't a coordination role -you will own Brand partnerships, offline distribution, and OTA set strategy, run execution, and be accountable for outcomes. You'll work directly with the India Leadership and also operate as a key node between local teams and global stakeholders.

About the Role
You think about the Flix brand in India with both a short and long term lens. Contributing to how the brand shows up across your channels today while helping shape the positioning and perception we want to build over the next 3 to 5 years
Build and manage Flix's B2B and brand partnership pipeline in India. Identifying prospects, closing deals, onboarding partners, and tracking commercial contribution to load
Be the external face of Flix on OTA platforms, owning platform relationships, content quality, listing health, and commercial terms across all major OTA partners in India
Manage the offline sales network. Travel agencies, ticket shops, and kiosks — from acquisition through to partner enablement, training, and performance management
You collaborate across marketing, performance, CRM, and product to prevent channel strategies from running in silos and to unlock shared growth levers
Identify and pursue new distribution and partnership opportunities in the Indian market, bringing commercial rigour to everything from a first pitch to a signed deal
You liaise with HQ and global teams to keep local channel strategies aligned with Flix's broader commercial and brand direction
You act as the primary external point of contact for partners across B2B, offline, and OTA, representing Flix with authority
About You
3 to 5 years in brand management, category management, or channel marketing, ideally in D2C, or a high-growth startup
You've owned marketing spends or a channel target before, not just reported into one.
Comfortable managing a wide portfolio without losing depth on what matters most.
Strong negotiator and relationship builder. You can hold a room with a internal teams, external partner and on ground sales agents in the same day.
Sharp with numbers, fast with decisions, and honest about what's working
