Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic storytelling
Proven success in cross-functional project management, ideally in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing across levels
Familiarity with global entertainment trends, IP lifecycle management, and consumer engagement strategies
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Airtable)
Written fluency in English; additional fluency in Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin a strong plus

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information: Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a graduate degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
At least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Additional Information: Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
Program Length: The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 – June 2027
Fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Transportation: Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
Housing: Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Glendale, CA area
