Required
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required to perform the responsibilities of this role.

Preferred

Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis.
Familiarity with accounting systems, ERP platforms, or financial reporting tools.
Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis functions.
Previous internship, work experience, leadership activities, or academic projects related to accounting or finance.
Interest in aerospace, technology, manufacturing, or government contracting industries.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and operating office equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to occasionally move throughout office, warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments.
Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when entering manufacturing or production areas.
