About the Role
As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.
Responsibilities
- -Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- -Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
- -Collect and track session data
- -Support skill development and promote positive behavior
- -Share progress with your clinical team
- -If you love working with children- or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional- you may be an excellent fit for this role
