Job Summary
As a ABA Therapist, you will work directly with children with autism in the home, school, or clinic setting. This role is a hands-on behavior technician position where you will implement aba therapy programs and help support meaningful progress.
- Provide aba therapy services as an aba therapist under BCBA supervision
- Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
- Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols
- Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life
- Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team
