Principal Account Manager, Enterprise and Partnership at Steadily | LAYIQ

What You'll Do

Own retention and expansion across Steadily's partnership portfolio, managing partner relationships end to end once they're signed
Work with the Director of Partnerships to design and implement a tiered partner success model, defining what a great experience looks like for our largest strategic partners versus our long-tail partners; we'll do the unscalable things first to find what wows our partners, and then we'll figure out how to scale it
Partner closely with our Sales function on a shared handoff process, from signed partner to onboarded, engaged, and expanding partner
Track and improve partner-specific health metrics (partner-sourced volume, activation, engagement, expansion) and translate insights into action
Lead partner business reviews, renewal conversations, and expansion discussions directly with senior partner stakeholders
Serve as the voice of the partner internally, routing feedback to Product, Underwriting, and Operations to remove friction
Collaborate effectively and efficiently across functional teams to define needs and determine priorities
Your Background
Experienced: 5+ years in account management, partner management, or enterprise customer success, with direct ownership of a partner or channel portfolio
Enterprise Sales: A strong enterprise sales background; you're comfortable negotiating commercial terms, renewals, and expansion opportunities directly with senior partner stakeholders
Strategic: You've built or significantly shaped a segmented, tiered account or partner program before, not just executed against one someone else designed
Insurance & Adjacent Industries: Insurance, real estate, proptech, mortgage, property-services, or fintech partnership experience is a strong plus
Driven: You can handle important responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight, and you're comfortable driving influence through relationships and process rather than headcount
