As Key Holder, you’re a trusted leader who helps drive sales, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You partner closely with store management to ensure flawless execution of day-to-day operations, uphold brand standards, and foster a safe, positive, and inclusive workplace. What you’ll do
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional, positive customer experiences and model company selling behaviors.
- Drive personal sales performance and support overall store results through strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Partner with management to coach associates, promote teamwork, and reinforce La Senza’s selling model across all zones.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing associates to maintain a strong, confident team.
