Occupational Therapist – Equipment & Adaptations

Liquid Personnel are recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join its client for the Equipment and Adaptations Team in Sheffield.

What will your responsibilities be?

Complete OT assessments for equipment and adaptations.

Assess functional needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Support service users to maximise independence and safety.

Complete risk and moving & handling assessments where required.

Work with health and social care professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Note:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Experience in equipment, adaptations or community OT is desirable.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
