Social Worker – Safeguarding Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult’s

Social Worker to join its client’s Safeguarding team, based in Swindon. T his is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner to work with adults at risk, carrying out complex safeguarding work, assessments, and interventions that promote safety, independence, and positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will manage complex cases and safeguarding enquiries, working autonomously whilst collaborating closely with health professionals, police, partner agencies, service users, and carers. You will play a key role in protecting vulnerable adults, applying relevant legislation, and ensuring person-centred practice remains at the heart of all interventions.

This role requires a confident social worker with strong assessment, risk management, and decision-making skills who can work effectively within a fast-paced safeguarding environment.

What will your responsibilities be?

Undertaking complex, person-centred assessments to identify needs, risks, strengths, and desired outcomes.

Completing Mental Capacity Assessments and contributing to Best Interest decision-making processes in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
