About the Role

As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing supplier relationships, sourcing strategies, and procurement processes across the organization. You'll manage the full lifecycle of supplier agreements while partnering closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to deliver cost savings, drive operational efficiency, and improve supplier performance.

Based on the job description, the role is responsible for supplier agreements, sourcing initiatives, competitive bidding, contract administration, supplier analytics, and relationship management.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes through supplier management, analytics, negotiation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Manage the lifecycle of supplier agreements, including contract administration and ongoing supplier relationship management.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned suppliers and spend categories.
• Conduct market research, evaluate industry trends, and identify opportunities to improve supplier performance and business value.
• Lead and support competitive sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Analyze supplier proposals, pricing structures, commercial terms, and total cost of ownership.
• Support and lead supplier negotiations related to pricing, service levels, payment terms, delivery requirements, and contractual agreements.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, procurement optimization, process improvements, and value creation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to support sourcing and contracting initiatives.
• Track sourcing initiatives, supplier performance metrics, contract compliance, and savings outcomes.
• Support the ongoing enhancement of procurement tools, reporting capabilities, and sourcing processes.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience evaluating supplier performance, pricing, market trends, and sourcing opportunities.
• Proven success managing supplier relationships and supplier contracts.
• Experience supporting or leading sourcing events, bid processes, and supplier negotiations.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline preferred.
• Professional procurement or supply chain certification preferred.
• Experience with supplier analytics, procurement reporting, and performance measurement.
• Experience with contract management and procurement technology platforms.
• Exposure to the automotive, fleet, transportation, or mobility industry preferred.

This position may be performed remotely within the United States or from our headquarters in Hooksett, New Hampshire, depending on business needs and candidate location. Based on the job description, the position is designated as Remote or On-Site.

Periodic travel may be required for team meetings, supplier meetings, training, business reviews, and company events.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
