As a Culture Manager, you are responsible for the ongoing supervision, development and oversight of employees on the Culture team. This role will maintain open communication with management and department leads to ensure coordination of culture and event needs. Attend and provide oversight of planned events. Manage projects with Facilities Management, Marketing, Corporate Security, and Information Technology to assure branding initiative projects are completed and adhere to corporate brand standards, policies, and procedures.
Oversee the Frontline Brand Keepers program. Train and orientate office support staff and Frontline Brand Keepers at office locations to ensure integration of the Michels brand, cross selling the company culture and Corporate Services Team (CST). Critical for success are the abilities to embody the corporate culture in all interactions and demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service.
