Rail Systems Manager at Herzog | LAYIQ

High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in: Project Management, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or 5+ years of experience in Managing Transit Construction projects is preferred.
Ability to provide technical and construction leadership across Electrification (OCS/TPSS), Signal/Train Control, and Communications Networks, ensuring that systems contractors and civil construction teams work in close coordination to deliver a safe, reliable, and fully integrated project.
Experience managing light rail, heavy rail, commuter rail, or other major transit systems construction projects.
Strong understanding of rail construction sequencing, systems integration, and civil-to-systems interfaces.
Experience managing complex construction schedules, track access, outages, and work-zone coordination.
Experience with SAT, SIT, commissioning, and systems acceptance processes.
Strong understanding of construction contract documents, plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change management, and project documentation.
Pre-Employment Requirements: Subject to pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report review.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and endorsements as required per position.
Subject to pre-employment physical, medical evaluation, and drug screen due to the safety sensitive nature of this position.
Successfully complete and maintain any required safety certification and testing on an annual basis.
