We're continuing to invest in building the best creator platform and team in the creator economy. We're looking for an Executive Assistant to help advance that mission.
This role is based in San Francisco and is open to candidates who can work in-office three days per week under our hybrid model.
About the Team
The Office of the CEO provides high-touch support to Patreon's CEO & Co-Founder and executive team, spanning calendar management, communications, travel, and cross-functional coordination. This role partners closely with the Chief of Staff to keep the CEO's priorities, schedule, and business rhythms running smoothly.
About The Role
As a member of the Office of the CEO, you will provide support to the CEO & Co-Founder and work closely with the Chief of Staff
Proactively manage complex calendars 3-6 months out, partnering closely with Biz Ops to ensure the CEO's calendar and the exec team's calendars stay aligned; maintain and adjust business rhythms as needed
Proactively communicate calendar updates and priorities to the Rhythm of Business (ROB) stakeholders (Business Operations, Executive Assistants, Communications teammates)
Maintain the CEO's inbox, draft correspondence
Work with the Chief of Staff to procure or create meeting agendas and presentations
Attend meetings, take notes, track action items and deliverables
Coordinate offsites and events for the Executive Team
Celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and new family member arrivals of Executive Team members
Coordinate all of the CEO's business travel and some personal travel, including bookings and logistics
Build and share quarterly/annual travel lookaheads with CEO's family office to support long-range planning
Maintain, organize, and code receipts, expenses, and reimbursements
Work with the Chief of Staff to create project management processes for cross-functional initiatives, building and maintaining systems that scale with the office
Projects you may work on:
Coordinating activities, logistics and agendas for exec team offsites
Meeting coordination during company planning, annual reviews
Supporting monthly All Hands efforts
Special projects on an as-needed basis
Board meeting coordination and planning
Annual company kickoff (PKO) planning and support
About You
3-5 years EA experience supporting C-level executives in startup or high-growth environments
Experience supporting executives in both business and personal capacities, ideally including family office experience or close cross-functional partnership with a personal-side EA
This is a San Francisco based role for a hybrid model company, in office 3 days/week
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Exercises sound judgment, confidentiality and professionalism
Moves quickly without sacrificing efficiency or effectiveness
Prioritizes shifting demands with a high degree of accuracy and consistent follow up
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills; able to build and run systems and processes independently

Advanced knowledge of business-related tools including (but not limited to) Google Suite, Slack, Notion, and AI tools, with strong AI fluency and a demonstrated ability to leverage AI to improve productivity

Patreon operates under a hybrid work model. Employees based in office locations are expected to come into the office two days per week, excluding sick time and paid leave.
