• Deliver engaging face-to-face consultations in our showroom to guide customers through their outdoor living decisions.
• Handle high-volume inbound communications through phone calls, live chat, and email channels.
• Generate customized quotes and proactively convert inbound leads into completed orders.
• Conduct targeted outbound follow-up activities via phone and email to nurture prospective buyers.
• Execute weekend consultations by working scheduled Saturday shifts to maximize sales opportunities.
