About the role:
We are hiring Staff Product Managers to join our Network Pillar. By applying to this job post, you will be considered for all Staff Product Manager openings across our tech org.
Network (Provider Experience):
As a Staff Product Manager on our Network team, you will own the product strategy for Oscar’s end-to-end provider experience, spanning initial outreach and onboarding through ongoing servicing. You will define how Oscar becomes the easiest health insurance company for providers to do business with, reducing friction across critical journeys such as credentialing, authorizations, disputes, accounts receivable, and issue resolution.
You will build account management, servicing, and self-service capabilities that give providers and frontline teams a clear understanding of each issue’s status and path to resolution. You will establish the measurement and visibility needed to understand every key provider journey, identify systemic sources of friction, and prioritize improvements across digital and operational touchpoints.
