OTR Solutions is looking for a data-driven, hands-on Demand Generation Manager to lead integrated marketing programs that generate qualified demand, accelerate pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth.

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role will own demand generation strategy across paid media, email, website, content, partnerships, and other acquisition channels. You’ll work closely with members of the Demand Generation team and cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, Technology, and Marketing to translate business goals into measurable growth programs.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a marketer who is equally comfortable setting strategy, guiding campaign execution, digging into performance data, testing new ideas, and stepping into campaign development when needed. You’ll set the direction and priorities for demand generation initiatives while helping ensure campaigns are executed effectively and continuously optimized based on performance.
