Sales Executive - NYC / East Coast

We're looking for a sales account executive based in New York City who knows media sales, loves the outdoor industry, and knows how to turn relationships into partnerships. This is a chance to sell into one of the most exciting corners of media, spanning outdoor, endurance, and active lifestyle, at a company that's growing fast, working with brands that share your passion and connecting them with an audience that actually cares.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect, pitch, and close new business through calls, meetings, networking, and events.
• Work with existing clients to grow their spend and explore new opportunities.
• Confidently pitch digital, video, branded & custom content, OTT/CTV, and sponsorship solutions.
• Use Salesforce/Gong to track activity, manage pipeline, and stay ahead of goals.
• Represent Outside at events and build credibility with brands and agencies.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver strong campaigns and bring client feedback back to the table.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in media sales with a track record of hitting and beating targets.
• Based in or near NYC.
• Strong knowledge of digital media sales; video and OTT/CTV expertise preferred.
• Established relationships in outdoor, fitness, or active lifestyle categories.
• Comfortable with Salesforce, Google Suite, and curious about AI tools like Gong, ChatGPT & Gemini.
• Can present and influence at all levels.
• Comfortable and skilled at prospecting for new business.
• Genuinely into outdoor sports, fitness, and the active lifestyle we represent — this isn't just a job to you.
• Agency experience a plus.

What We Offer:

The expected base salary for this role is between $95,000 and $120,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away, sick leave, and more.  This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
