The ideal candidate is a smart, problem-solving professional with experience working across multiple instructional delivery modalities. They design and develop learning programs using creative approaches, including AI-assisted development, to inspire learners and drive productivity. This includes eLearning, just-in-time performance support, instructor-led course materials, and other learning programs.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly engaged environment. You connect the dots organizationally, network effectively, and influence various roles, levels, and profiles to drive collaboration.
