Sr Quality Engineering Manager, Amazon Leo Customer Terminals

Amazon LEO is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Amazon LEO will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

We're seeking an exceptional Quality Engineering Leader with AS9100 experience who will drive innovation and excellence in aviation terminal production. In this pivotal role, you'll be the strategic architect of quality management, solving complex technical challenges and ensuring manufacturing precision that meets the highest aviation standards.

You will be directly responsible for the production process development, introduction, & production of the aircraft unit, phased array based antenna that closes the link to carry aircraft data to and from a Leo satellite. You may also be responsible for quality control for the aircraft certification of structural changes and additions needed to install the antenna system that must be approved by the certifying authority (FAA/EASA) commonly referred to as the Supplemental Type Certificate (STC).
