We’re hiring a Regional Director of Resident Engagements
– a strategic and visionary leader who is passionate about advancing innovative dementia care programming, developing high-performing teams, and driving resident engagement across multiple communities. This role combines operational leadership, program development, clinical collaboration, and strategic growth to ensure excellence in Silverado’s Nexus and engagement programming.
